Delete your Kaalakkanitham account

Kaalakkanitham (காலக்கணிதம்) app on Google Play · Last updated: 8 October 2026

In the app

Log in, open the menu and go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account. The screen shows what will be deleted and what you will lose.
Enter your password. If your account has an email address, enter the 6-digit code we send to it.
Your account is deleted at once, and we email you a confirmation.

Without the app

Email challycraf.support@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", your Member ID and your registered mobile number. We may send a code to your phone or email to confirm it is you, and we delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account details: name, mobile number, email, gender, password and sessions.
Your wallet balance and points, and your remaining membership. They are lost and can't be refunded.
Your report history and the copies of any reports kept on our server.
Your mobile number and Member ID are removed from your phone's record.
On your phone, the app logs you out and removes your member data; you can also choose to delete your birth details and family members from the phone.

What is kept, and for how long

Payment records (Google Play purchases and membership payments), with your Member ID replaced by a reference number - only as long as the law requires.
A record of your deletion request, for 3 years, so we can show that you asked for it: your Member ID, the last 4 digits of your mobile, the first letter and domain of your email, scrambled fingerprints of both (they can't be turned back into the number or address), the time of each step, your phone's scrambled ID, IP address and app version, and what was lost.
Your Member ID is never given to anyone else.
Your phone's install date (without your number), so the free trial isn't restarted.
Copies in our encrypted backups disappear within 30 days.
